Workshop with Jasmine Star

It was first week since a while, which I have spent without working on a wedding. Because of that I had time to do some major cleaning, cooking, and baking:

It’s Italian prune pie. My all times favorite pie. My Mom used to bake it this time of year when it’s plenty of prunes. I have her old recipes book. Today I’ve prepared everything with my daughter – circle of life?

And all of this in-between watching Jasmine Star’s workshop.

WOW – 5 days and tons of photographic knowledge. I can’t wait to use it in my next projects. Now I have to review my notes and think again about her advises.

Laurie & Rob’s | Wedding | Lavallette NJ

A week ago we drove to Lavallette, NJ to capture a wedding ceremony at the beach. The whole evening was magic. Beautiful Bride and handsome Groom with stunning sunset behind them. Can you imagine that? (If not – the pictures below show some % of this magic). Why %? – because dear Rob is a math teacher so this % was a ‘must’ during editing. When I was going through the pictures later this week I could still feel emotions and hear the calming sound of the ocean.

We’ve met on Saturday to have some PARTY. WOW. It was romantic, tearful, energetic, funny, oh yeah – they can party! And all this with beautiful view at the New York skyline, wonderful food and Italian ice-cream at the end. One more thing – we love the sand around the cake – yummy!
